Our House

Perdika Bayview House is a vintage home reminding to guests that past can exist in present with harmony , maintaining all values and qualities of oldest times. The quiet , seaview balcony offers times of complete relaxation after a busy vacation day. In only few steps guests can enjoy a rocky but crystal clear sea where swimming in the sunset is an amazing experience! There are days that group of dolphins pass by the bay and this is a unique view!!
Fully equipped with all needed facilities , the house offers a satisfying experience of airbnb accommodation with their privacy but yet we as hosts are close to our guests for whatever they may need to feel like home!

Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν φανταστική κ εξυπηρετική μας καθοδήγησε σε ότι θέλαμε... παρόλο που φτάσαμε νωριτερα, η μαμά της μας πρόσφερε νερό κ κάτι να φάμε...το σπίτι ήταν καθαρο, μεγάλο, άνετο με ότι ανέσεις κ παροχές χρειάζεται κάθε σπίτι για να είσαι οκ !!! Είτε για οικογένεια είτε με φίλους είναι υπέροχο!!!Η θέα κ τα ηλιοβασιλέματα φανταστικά...Το σπίτι είναι κοντά στο λιμανάκι της Πέρδικας που έχει αρκετές ταβέρνες κ καφέ...επισης μπορείς να επισκεφτείς την Μονή γτ εχει συνεχόμενα δρομολόγια..Σε ευχαριστούμε για όλα κ εις το επανιδείν θα πω!!!

Our stay in Perdika Bayview was amazing. The house is spacious, very clean, and offers a beautiful sea view. Just few meters walk away is a rocky beach with fascinating underwater sea life—perfect for snorkeling. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. Perdika itself is a charming little town with great restaurants and a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back!

If you can imagine that your house with all its amenities, its cleanliness and its comfort, moved by itself from where it is, right on the sea, with an extra bonus
A) to hear the waves when you drink coffee on your huge terrace or when you sleep ... enjoying a view that you had never dreamed of ..
B) to have a private beach to dive without any people
C) To be a breath away from wonderful taverns and bars in the most picturesque and beautiful village of Aegina, which is located opposite the famous Moni beach and next to other wonderful and very close to the city ..
D) To have the best host who will help you with anything you ask (Fani, Eleni) but with no or discreet presence,
Then you definitely came to the right place ♥️
We found the accommodation by chance (as we later discovered that it is new, renovated and wonderfully decorated in an amazing location) and we felt like we discovered a treasure!! The house; The View; the location; The amenities; The people; All of the above; But Perdika Bayview House was really the reason we stayed in Aegina and we had an amazing time and of course I recommend it and we will go back ♥️

Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις παροχές – πραγματικά δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Για τους λάτρεις του καφέ υπάρχει μια καταπληκτική μηχανή εσπρέσο, πέρα από τις υπόλοιπες επιλογές καφέ, που έκανε τα πρωινά μας ακόμη πιο απολαυστικά. Ο χώρος είναι πολύ ευρύχωρος, όμορφος και υπεράνετος, ιδανικός για 4 άτομα. Το μπάνιο ίσως φανεί λίγο μικρό σε σχέση με τους υπόλοιπους χώρους, αλλά είναι μια μικρή λεπτομέρεια που δεν επηρεάζει καθόλου τη διαμονή. Όλα τα δωμάτια είναι φωτεινά και διαθέτουν κλιματισμό, ενώ το σαλόνι με τους πολύ άνετους καναπέδες δημιουργεί ιδανικό χώρο χαλάρωσης. Το μεγάλο ατού είναι η υπέροχη βεράντα με φανταστική θέα στη θάλασσα, ενώ το οίκημα διαθέτει και έναν όμορφο κήπο που κάνει την εμπειρία ακόμη πιο ευχάριστη. Η θάλασσα απέχει μόλις λίγα μέτρα, σε ένα ήσυχο μέρος, όπου όλα είναι κοντά με τα πόδια (κέντρο Πέρδικας, σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνοι κ.λπ.), και πολύ κοντά βρίσκονται μερικές από τις καλύτερες παραλίες του νησιού (Σαρπά, νησάκι Μονή). Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν εξαιρετική, ευγενική και πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνουμε εδώ και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is nice, spacious and the view is fantastic! I loved the terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy the view and a cup of coffee. Location is perfect, just few steps from the water. There are also lots of restaurants nearby. Staff is very helpful.

Very nice little rental, large and well-decorated. The owner is very friendly! There are two large beds in two large bedrooms.Mosquitoes are on the lookout, so bring mosquito repellent :)As in many Greek homes, there's no dishwasher, microwave, or toaster, but otherwise the amenities are adequate.As in many homes, the windows here are single-glazed, so it's not a problem at night, but no lie-ins 😂 (especially on Sunday mornings with mass at the church right next door).

It was one of the best accommodations we had in Greece in the very many years we've been visiting. Great place, very tastefully decorated, very cosy, equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The view from the terrace is the cherry on top, a perfect place to sip a cup of coffee while looking at the waves and a part of the island. The surrounding area is very quiet and the place is a 2-minute walk from a small port with lots of restaurants and taverns. Last but not least, the host, Fani, is great, very warm and helpful, offering us tasty breakfast treats which were much appreciated.
